Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.
We had a very nice stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. If people are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best because it was close to a busy street. The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders.
