"It’s definetely not a 4 star hotel. Price was low and so were the conditions. Ultra all inclusive is a scam, just 2 imported alcohol drinks, the others were local. If you want a 3 star hotel with all inclusive, than it’s fine. Rooms were large and clean."

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake.
