Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)

The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile..

Staff members were warm welcoming and very helpful. Though we only stayed one night I would definitely recommend staying here longer as the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a nice deck to enjoy the evening outside
The room is clean and spacious. I got the creekside room. The balcony area is almost as big as the room itself. The staffs are so nice to my family. The place is run by a local husband-wife team that live on the property. My husband was sick and they offer to take him to the hospital. Parking is easy and plentiful.
A fantastic stay at Atta Lakeside Resort “spacious rooms and exceptional service in prime location with Mountain View. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of option and thai food. We would gladly return on our next trip.
