This place is truly a one of a kind. The food was great, the superior room (with private bathroom) was great, and the excursions were very memorable. We stayed for one night but paid extra to do the trekking tour before we left on day two and I’m very glad we did. We told them it was our honeymoon and they set up a romantic dinner table solo on the dock. As a gay couple celebrating our honeymoon, we felt very welcomed by the staff and guests. We want to go back and bring our families as well.
I came for 2 nights ended up staying 8; clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff; not an extensive but cozy, clean and exclusive enough beach; eco-friendly property. Had a great stay. Staff was very helpful. Book the bungalow with air conditioning unless you truly feel like roughin it. Lol Make sure you're ok with bugs because this gives you a jungle feeling for sure. The bungalows are not sealed so bugs can still get in. I would say the tents may be your best bet to keep bugs out. Staff helped us book and coordinate activities which were great.
Ich und meine Frau haben 5Tage in einem großen Superior Zimmer in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir waren im ganzen ganz zufrieden. Es war nicht exzellent, aber wir hatten auch kein 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht. Für den günstigen Kurs war absolut alles gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück hätte vielleicht etwas besser sein können und die Preise für Getränke und Essen etwas günstiger. Aber hier auf einer Insel muss man auch einiges hinnehmen.
We stayed 15 nights at this resort. Not that much to do on this island, but if you like relaxing on the beach (beautiful area witg sunchairs), long walks on the endless empty beach and swimming in the sea (or pool) this is the place for you. We stayed in a standard garden villa that had all what you need. Your own shower, toilet, air condition, nice bed and great patio. Clean!
