"no beach was disappointing"

"The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous. This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too. I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund. In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for...

"We stayed in an upscale room and was fabulous. This hotel is part museum and the antiques and style make it interesting, staff was very friendly and the food was very good. Courtyard pool was very nice. No elevator but would recommend the upper floor rooftop. "

"The location of the property is fabulous if you want to get the historic feel of Zanzibar. The seafront is stone's throw sway on one side and the shops are stone's throw away on the other side. There is ample choice of restaurants within walking distance. "
