"Man...I hate to say this cause its likely to increase traffic there. But this Sonesta is an example of what a hotel experience should be. From the friendly and efficient receptionists at check in to the amenities, assistance when called, facility and on and on and on. I was beyond delighted by the hotel itself, tastefully and elegantly laid out and exenuated. The courtyard where the pool is located, perfect for relaxing, lounging, taking business calls, swimming. The pool for both beginners and those wanting more challenge, with the 10' end. The games, in the lobby area. Connect four, etc. The made to order breakfast and seating arrangement desugned to provide in person engagent. To the bar with live music and an ambiance that invites you to sit in and conversate or just appreciate. I've stayed at Sonestas before and this is the top of the line for me. If you're passing thru, you should stop...and see for yourself. If I'm near the area I'll Def be back!!! Kudos yall!!!"

"Staff is extremely helpful and courteous! Property is well managed with a list of rules that residents must follow. Pet friendly with a number of guests having pets that were under control and cordial. Having a regular sized refrigerator and kitchenette sealed the deal for me. One of the best stays I’ve ever had and will be staying again."

"I was overcharged via the app. Their billing process is confusing and frustrating. My sister paid half the price that I did. The room was very good. We had a comfortable bed and enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. Breakfast in the M Lounge was satisfying."
