Cozy little cabin close to town with options for food and gas. The canyon was about an hour drive but was a pretty drive so you didn't notice. Staff was friendly and let me keep my bags there as I arrived before check in and decided to head up to the canyon rather than wait. Everything was clean and parking was just outside the cabin door. Next to park land so it was quiet as well.
I would stay there again when I go back to the Grand Canyon.
This is not your typical hotel, but for Williams, it is perfect.
Red Garter is located in the center of the Route 66 business district, adjacent to all the shops and restaurants.
There are approximately 6 rooms on the second story of a building built in the 1890s. There is no front desk. They give you a code to get in the front door. You walk up steep stairs (but with good hand rails). The building is old, but it does not feel old. The bathroom fixtures are like new. The linens are top...
We enjoyed Inn History. Made a mistake thinking it had a full kitchen. It had fridge and microwave and an electric skillet so we were ok. Grills available but this Floridian did not want to go out in the snow! Perfect for two people. Charming decor. (Would be really cramped to use the pull out couch.)
The newly renovated hotel was amazing. Debora at the front desk was the most delightful lady. We love her. We recommend having a microwave to heat the pastries, a heater in the beautiful library in order to enjoy more in winter months and two heaters in suites with two rooms. It’s way too cold to have one.
Loved the stay. Very small. Upstairs 2 beds like shown in the advertisement. Small restroom, but shower is a good size. Close to everything.
I would definitely refer this place.
Unique accommodations that were very clean and comfortable, lots of fun things to do and food truck on site as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're a star gazer, the telescopes might be good for looking at the moon if you know how to use them.
Great cozy place to stay off the beaten trail, away from city life. The night sky is amazing! Definitely a place to get to know your who you’re traveling with. I wouldn’t recommend a larger family since it’s a little small, and definitely an AWD car or 4x4 vehicle, the roads are clay dirt and bumpy, so be prepared if it rains.
Beautiful place, I’d definitely stay again.
This is a great place to stay for a few days near the Grand Canyon. There are plenty of things to do nearby; Bearizona, Williams AZ, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon national park. It was great having a kitchen and a grill out side to cook meals. And nice having two separate sleeping areas so my daughter didn’t complain about my snoring.
Good budget option which you can walk the old downtown from right out your door. Its an old motel that's been all redone inside the rooms with new decor and bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised. Seems clean and the pet fee is very small so that's a bonus.
