"The place is under renovation. My room was clean. It didn’t have a coffee maker, but had a microwave and a refrigerator. Had 4 comfortable pillows. The bathroom furniture was deteriorated. The sofa bed was too low to sit if you are an elderly person. Staff was cordial. Not enough towels on hand. I was too tired to request more and ready to shower. Noise was not a problem. Market and eatery places in walking distance. Quick Access to the Fwy. I like the pricing and will stay here again after renovation."

"The rooms at the Big Sur lodge are spacious and homey. They all have fire places which is a cozy addition. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is nice that there are several hikes directly from the property. The addition of the other parks passes makes it easy to explore the area. "

"From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Loved the dog friendliness. Breakfast was a treat and fresh made items each day plus make your own waffles,too. Close to walk to eateries and wine tasting venues. With a lovely community park nearby."

"This hotel was clean, staff were nice, and plenty of good restaurants and sites to see within a short drive. Walls are a little thin in terms of noise but I personally didn't mind."
