"Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable"

"Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Only negative was private swimming lessons being held in pool made our pool use uncomfortable. "

"The pool was closed breakfast was not included I traveled with my kids and still couldn't enjoy it without them trying to sit next to me at the bar because they was bored so in that sense we stayed in the room. At least the TV was big enough not too mention the beds was too small for all six of us I don't understand why I ended up having only one room reserved for six of us when I clearly remember reserving two rooms I spent too much money for my trip"

"The building is big and they have enough space in the parking lots. Staff were nice, respectful and supportive. Room was nice too, very quiet environment that made easy to rest, also room was clean and organized. Really good experience.. Thanks"

"Room was clean but there is something missing for the hotel level like beauty kit and some other thinks. Staff was absolutely great, I didn't get the breakfast, also the bar is very nice indeed"

"Don’t book at this hotel. I’m not a type of person who likes writing reviews, but this was a must. I don’t want people to have a bad experience, the same way I did. First, this place is like a scam, its not described as it was on the internet. The place is disgusting, the room and bathroom overall is very dirty, smelly (most likely weed). I literally breathe during my stays, I booked it from Saturday to Monday, cause I needed to attend a concert at the UBS Arena, and this hotel was the closest. I don’t recommend anyone booking their stays there. Besides of the dirtiness, you hear people arguing strongly and slamming things. It’s not safe to anyone, especially if you bring kids. The environment is not it. If I can rate this hotel to zero, I would. Bad experience overall. "
