Best staff, great food!

Great stay. Hotel was clean and staff was extremely polite. Hotel was conveniently located to casinos and restaurants in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Look forward to staying here again.

I was just looking for a place to stay as I was traveling to a destination. I booked the Hampton because of previous success with other Hamptons and i wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and cool when I arrived. The breakfast was appealing however no meats were served, just the other usual eggs, cereals, pastries etc. If someone were superstitious or scared the hotel is located right next door to a large cemetery!

Very clean. Quiet. Mr and Mrs who run the front office are so kind. Always smiling and on there feet. Walking from one task to the next. Always fresh towels. Great people and safe quiet location

Great stay, awesome room, was quiet, food was located near by, and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Very clean and confortable stay. This will be my regular stop everytime im in the area.

The toilet in the room woke me up 3 times with a horrible grinding noise..sounding like rocks in a blender.

It was an okay stay. Rooms definitely not clean enough. Greasy headboards, leaky tub. Blankets dirty. and a my car was hit in the middle of the night. Too many business trucks allowed to park anywhere and caused them to back into my car while trying to leave

This property was a Red Ruff previously and that's where all the negative comments are from. Three of us visited and were greatly surprised at the cleanliness, very well kept, helpful staff and the cleaning crew. This place will be my place to stay when I want to visit the casinos in lake charles. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
