This is not your typical hotel, but for Williams, it is perfect. Red Garter is located in the center of the Route 66 business district, adjacent to all the shops and restaurants. There are approximately 6 rooms on the second story of a building built in the 1890s. There is no front desk. They give you a code to get in the front door. I really didn't have great expectations for anything in this next of the woods and from the outside, this place just looks likes a well taken care of motel. The room was actually really comfy. The bed was like home - and provided a good night sleep. It was also quiet. Parking was easy, right in front of room. Bathroom was a bit tiny but this is an older motel so you can't expect anything huge but the property is very well taken care of. A little gem
