This property was amazing! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, dinner and drinks! I would definitely recommend staying here ...and Iwould stay here again

Location and on the Street Car Line

Very clean, quiet, and modern space. It is pet friendly and located so that everything is in walking distance. I thought the breakfast could use more attention to include items such as cereal and granola to go with the yogurt. You can hear the boats on the Mississippi and the train.

We stayed here during the Taylor Swift weekend. The rooms were clean and very spacious. THe hotel had decorated the lobby with a couple TSwift photo ops. It was a great weekend.

Stayed the night before going on a cruise. Was e to leave our vehicle there for the week at no charge and take a taxi to the port. They even took care of getting the taxi to get us to the port. Very professional and friendly service. Check in time is as stated but at the time I booked it said check out was 12:00 and it is actually 11:00 so we checked out a little late but there was no problem or extra charge. I showed the lady at the desk and she said they would get ahold of hotels.com to...

The staff was super friendly and helped with anything we needed! The coffee wasn’t bad either an it was 24/7 in the lobby which is great because I drink coffee a lot! Definitely would stay here again! Room was awesome and super clean!

My family enjoyed our four night stay. The facility was new, modern and very clean. We chose this hotel because of the free parking available and the large suite that fit our family. Our first night we had trouble with TVs and the staff responded in less than five minutes. Also our requests for additional towels was quickly accommodated. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

I loved everything about the hotel; the old charm, the location, and the entire staff. I also loved the size of the hotel; not huge and not too small. You don’t have to worry about the pool being crowded; I love it here. And the rooms are clean, nice and roomy. The location is excellent; waking distance to Bourbon Street, French Quarters, Deanie’s Restaurants , and everything else. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

They just reopened Dec 30th. Everything has been redone. No complaints. The staff was so friendly m. It was safe! They always had someone to buzz you in. Although this is not a complaint but if you have trouble going up stairs request a lower level room. We loved our room but after a long day of being out in New Orleans. The stairs were a killer. There is no elevators! Also the parking is first come first serve. It is a small lot. Luckily my husband and I got there early enough to get a parking...

Conference was at the hotel, valet service was excellent.
