The whole camp from start to finish was amazing, the location on how close it was to the beach and market, as well as food such as meridian, pelican brewery and dory land pizza. Having bicycles was a great plus made everything that much more fun who doesn’t like riding a cruiser near the beach. Everything we needed for kitchen use was available and more. Very spacious, lots of compartments for belongings and not feeling cluttered. Very comfortable bed and sheets! My only complaint is we didn’t...
Had a fantastic time at pacific city inn. Owners/management was incredibly kind and helpful, had suggestions of places to go and places to eat nearby or further away. Room was very clean, they utilize the Roku guest feature so you login with your own services and it will automatically log you out on your checkout time. Would highly recommend staying here
Headlands Lodge: A Welcoming Haven for Families, Even on Busy Weekends
Our family of four, including our energetic pup and 10-year-old daughter, had a fantastic stay at Headlands Lodge over Labor Day weekend. Despite the busy holiday, the staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding, making us feel right at home.
The rooms and restaurants were spotless, proving that pet-friendly doesn't have to mean sacrificing cleanliness. Our dog was clearly happy to be in such a welcoming place,...
I finished Reach the Beach (105 mile bike ride), and this was perfect. The manager (owner?) was quite helpful, especially in helping locate dinner for my family while I rested a few minutes.
This is a great place to stay if you're not a spa princess or gamer hermit. These rooms aren't built for you luxuriate the day away; they're to make you comfortable when it's time to hit the sack after a long day of playing. The beds and pillows are great, with refreshingly plush towels in the bath.
I love the location and the ocean view room! It is great to sit by the fire pits and watch the sunset! The staff are great and the full breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. I also like the fact that there is an elevator.
We’ve been to sandcastle countless times and have always enjoyed our stay and this time proved to be even better. We had a few room mishaps and a plumbing issue that the hotel staff immediately tried to fix. They were very apologetic and did their best to resolve the issue. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free night stay. This will always be my choice of hotels when staying at the beach.
This place was AMAZING! room was the amazing, bed super comfy. Large window with a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy beach access. Nice extras like Binoculars and flashlight for guests. Noon checkout was lovely for just lounging in the comfortable space. The process to get the room access code was confusing. Mail said it was attached, but really came in a text that wasn't obvious what it was for. The place has ZERO cell service. So when trying to figure out access there was high anxiety...
Inside looks a lot better than the outside. Price was great. We got a reservation last minute and didnt know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. Short walk down wooden stair to the beach. Little grocery store a half a block away.
Owner was very kind and ready to help in any way. We stayed in the RV. It was very clean, everything worked and it was very quiet all around. Really great stay! Thank you!
Shirley is amazing. She will make sure your stay is perfect. The breakfast is amazing as well. The view from the breakfast table is perfect. A blast from the past here. You’ll love your stay. Highly recommended.
I loved Sailor Jacks 20 years ago when I first drove through the area and love it even more now! The new owner has done some wonderful renovations while maintaining the original vibe. The owner and all the staff are sooo nice and welcoming! Very well priced dog friendly hotel with the best beach front. Our room was spotless and nicely designed. Will always try to stay here when coming through Lincoln City,
Great stay at a good hotel. The view was the winner here. Having a balcony right on the ocean was great. The pool was warm and not super crowded. I would go back and stay.
Loved our stay. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect. We will definitely be back!! The only problem I had was they put a small bowl of salt water taffy in our room so of course I had to buy a big bag from a little store. Love that stuff 😊
