The room was clean and nice. Good sheets. The outdoor hot tub in the winter was wonderful, in the forest and mountains. Great location. Full breakfast was included.
Overall good, just if checkout is gonna be at 12 then the house keepers should start later on. We were woken up around 10:45 and 11ish with housekeeping knocking and then following a few minutes later another housekeeper, who tried to open the door. If policy is at 12 it should be around 12 they start, and not knocking and waking some people up.
Staff is exceptional; very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was simple and met our needs. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located.
The accommodations were quite nice for a lodge. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a family of 5 over the weekend. The rec room kept my children entertained and the scenery was beautiful. We will certainly stay there the next time we visit.
The Inn was beautiful grounds were clean. Mattress was a bit too soft but other than that everything was great. Upon making your reservation, if you’re an older person you might want to request the lower level.
Inexpensive, rooms are small but very comfy. Comfortable bed as well. Girls at the front office were very friendly and welcoming. They allow pets as long as they aren't left unattended.
We had a good stay at the motel. Do not let the outside appearance fool you. It looks like an older motel from the last century, but the inside is all up to date with comfortable mattresses and remodeled bath with walk in shower fully tiled and glass doors. AC was great and kept up with heat wave over 100 degrees. We were comfortable and felt safe as well.
Booked this hotel because just needed a clean, basic place to stay in the Ruidoso area and was tired of paying the high hotel/motel prices. Check-in was cheerful, rooms were spacious and super clean with two comfy queen beds and we had a great night's sleep. Skipped the breakfast and had an amazing one at Tina's Cafe in town. I would highly recommend this place for travelers wanting a solid value for their hotel dollar. Thanks, Bestway Inn!
