"Alison the front desk staff member was helpful when we asked for an accommodation request that was unique due to a problem me and my husband had during our first day checked in. We stayed for two nights and couldnt be happier. Alison is sweet and kind and super helpful!!!"

"I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. Likewise, there was no conspicuous indication that check-in after 10 PM was not permitted. Thus, I arrived to the property to find the front desk closed and unattended. I called several times to the posted "after-hours" assistance phone number and was directed to a voicemail box that plainly is not monitored--I still have not received a response to my voicemails. When I contacted Expedia about this, their response was simply that the property closes at 10 PM and they could not offer further assistance--including contacting the property on my behalf or offering some other accommodation so that I did not have to sleep in my car in a parking lot that is posted on every corner that valuables and personal items should not be left in vehicles because of break-ins in the area. Worse, when I made contact with the property the following day, they refused to refund any of my reservation fee. I have used other booking agents and they always ask or provide an area to request a late check-in; this was a combined customer service failure by Expedia and the property."

"There was absolutely no staff at the hotel when we arrived. The police came three separate times trying to locate the person in charge. At least five other customers were also waiting outside, some for more than 8 hours. Hotels.com eventually managed to contact the booking management company, only to discover that my reservation had never actually been made. Just don’t go."

"The AC was dysfunctional (it would start with a big startling noise, and would stop after 5 min and keep going on this way all night long). The highway was in my window, horrible insulation, it felt like I was laying in the middle of the road. Also, every person walking, closing a door, or talking you could clearly hear. I slept poorly "

"hotel was clean , the only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors whether they are beside you or across from you. I did wish I was able to have a safe keeping from the hotel but they could not offer anything (I always get something small to add it to my collection) Other than that i recommend this hotel for anyone ! "
