"Property was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a great area to stay in, everything was in a good distance to walk. "

"The location was great. Easy to walk to Times Square and the different show theaters. But, The staff does not go out of their way to greet you but if you spoke to them, they were friendly. This hotel is very old and outdated. The hot water for showers was lukewarm at best morning and night. The rooms were spacious, but not luxurious by any means.The room and a draft so my daughter and I switched beds because she got to cold. The noose level from outside was awful! The sirens, horns, music and people go all night long. "
