I travel semi professionally and I am in a hotel around 1once a week. I genuinely have not had better service in any hotel. This small but sweet hotel has the kindest man working the front desk, Sharath who went above and beyond to accommodate me. He stayed late to check me in and made sure I had water and coffee every day. He lent me help and was incredibly kind the entire time. Truly the highlight of my trip was meeting Sharath.
