"The hotel is old and so are the rooms. Bathroom Tub/shower was filled with mold we didn’t step foot in it the whole time. Doesn’t seem clean at all, housekeeping? I had to request multiple times, location on beach was phenomenal though "

"This was are 2nd time to this Hilton property and it did not disappoint. There had been remodeling done since our last trip & it was very nice. Love this resort and have booked another stay for October. You wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want too. Plenty of amenities. Food is delicious! Wonderful breakfast with omelet and waffle and pancakes made to order along with an amazing buffet. Food at the other restaurants did not disappoint. Two large pools that never feel crowded. Plenty of outdoor seating. Ice cream & pizza available at pool area in assisting to outside restaurant. The resorts private beach area is large and close to pool area with a very short walk to the beach. Spa on the property has a. Umber of services. Room service. Laundry facilities. Valet parking. Upscale steak restaurant. Nice gift shop. Sushi restaurant. Indoor pool. Workout facilities. Best place to stay in San Destin or Destin. Love this place!!!"

"The property was fairly clean, black hairs in the tub and on toilet, nothing patching where deadbolt was removed from the balcony door, black strips of either mold or dirt and dust from AC unit on the back of the curtains, so when you opened them it would get stirred up, counter top missing the end piece, carpet looked like it was replaced but the carpet piece around the walls didn’t match and had bleach splatter. Around kick plate of counter wood was very worn. The elevators were sketchy, but one looked like maybe it was being remodeled since it was half wallpaper and half plywood. The pool was clean, hot tub worked and was clean. The staff was super friendly. We were brought fresh towels without asking. The bedding was very clean and fresh. The room had fresh paint too so maybe the property is working on improvements. For the price it was overall ok. "

"The resort was a pleasant stay. The property is well maintained. It has no beach view. The beach is a short walk and there are chairs to rent for the day. My only negative comment is that the whole resort seems understaffed in all areas from the check-in process through the restaurants. The staff is friendly and trying very hard to accommodate but it is obvious they feel harried and stressed from lack of support ."

"Staff was great! Loved this location will definitely be back. Unfortunately 2:3 drawers were jammed and that was an issue with 2 big loads of wet laundry. But all in all we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast wasn’t great. "
