Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.
