We stayed in a townhouse for 3 nights and we got a snow storm. Staff has been really helpful and friendly to help us move our car that was stucked. The place looks really nice. The townhouse was really comfortable. The kitchen could have a little more equipment, it's the only improvement I see.
There was a nice brook behind our cabin. I saw a waterfowl I had never seen before...it was a Merganser Duck or a Goosander.
Also, the room was very clean and friendly looking.

Completely amazing. I've been working in the area for two months and ive stayed at several hotels in the area. Silver Bay is, by far, the most comfortable, cleanest and friendliest. I'll be in the area for another week or two and I'm already booked for this week. I'd like to add that the bed was the most comfortable and their towels, the fluffiest. Housekeeping removes the trash and replaces used washcloths, towels, and bathmats daily. The shower was amazing and I've slept the best here. Five...
