Top neighborhoods in Everett

Northwest Everett
Northwest Everett pairs historic charm with refreshing waterfront vibes. Victorian and Craftsman homes line quiet streets, while Boxcar Park offers a sandy beach and playground for waterside relaxation. Naval Station Everett and the Evergreen Arboretum showcase the neighborhood's blend of maritime heritage and natural beauty. Legion Memorial Golf Course provides a green escape for those looking to tee off. The dining scene is modest, so most visitors venture to nearby downtown Everett for meals. Accommodation options include charming bed & breakfasts in historic homes and vacation rentals with bay views. A car is recommended, though the tree-lined streets are perfect for leisurely walks to explore this authentic slice of Pacific Northwest living.

Seattle Hill-Silver Firs
Seattle Hill-Silver Firs offers a laid-back suburban escape where towering evergreens frame quiet residential streets. The neighborhood park invites you to stroll winding trails or watch local families enjoy picnics on grassy fields. Columbia Super Range provides an unexpected entertainment option, while the area's scattered cafes and family restaurants serve up casual American fare. Getting around practically requires a car, though ride-sharing services can rescue you in a pinch. Vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts provide homey alternatives to downtown hotels at budget-friendly prices. The fresh scent of pine and genuine suburban tranquility make this the perfect basecamp for travelers seeking Everett's authentic side.

Paine Field-Lake Stickney
Aviation enthusiasts and travelers seeking a quiet base near Seattle flock to Paine Field-Lake Stickney. The Future of Flight Aviation Center offers immersive Boeing manufacturing tours where massive aircraft take shape before your eyes. Lake Stickney provides a peaceful escape with walking paths and fishing spots when you need a break from plane spotting. The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum showcases restored warbirds that'll make history buffs weak in the knees. Airport hotels cater to travelers with convenient shuttle service and standard amenities. Dining options cluster near the terminal with casual cafes and grab-and-go spots for quick bites. A rental car is your best bet for exploring since public transit is limited in this predominantly suburban area.

Port Gardner
Port Gardner mixes maritime charm with artistic flair along Everett's scenic waterfront. The Schack Art Center showcases local creativity in a converted industrial space, while waterfront paths invite leisurely strolls with views of bobbing sailboats. Families can explore the Imagine Children's Museum or catch a game at Funko Field when they need a break from the salty air. Waterfront restaurants serve up fresh Pacific Northwest seafood with stunning Puget Sound views. Most shops and galleries close by early evening, keeping the neighborhood peaceful after dark. Getting around is easiest by car, though the waterfront promenade offers excellent walking opportunities with plenty of free parking nearby.

Silver Lake
Silver Lake offers a peaceful escape with its picturesque park and sparkling lake where fishing enthusiasts cast lines and families picnic along the shore. Walking trails wind through mature trees, providing the perfect backdrop for morning strolls and wildlife spotting. This quintessential suburban neighborhood gives travelers an authentic glimpse into everyday American life away from tourist crowds. Vacation rentals in single-family homes provide budget-friendly accommodation options with full kitchens and yard access. While local dining and shopping are limited, downtown Everett is just a short drive away. Having a car is recommended as public transit options are minimal in this tranquil residential retreat.

"We were visiting for a team building. I had called the morning of to see if an early check in was available. The phone was answered by the most lovely and most helpful associate! Stephanie was not only very pleasant, polite and loving life happy, but Stephanie also asked great questions about my stay and assigned us the most amazing room! The person at check in was not as enthusiastic about his day, but all of the joy and effort Stephanie put in, made our entire stay incredible!"

"Beautiful hotel! Close to the highway, so it’s easy to get around. Room was clean and hot tub was lovely."
Hotel Indigo Everett - Waterfront Place by IHG
"Great place to stay would stay there again two comments it’s unfortunate. Whoever designed the building they put the AC units on the roof where you look down on them and they’re extremely noisy at night. Additionally, the fire alarm in the bedroom flashes a bright light every 10 seconds lol"
