"I love how the staff members were very professional and knowledgeable about Lucerne. They were friendly and accommodating. Whenever I had questions, they were able to find the answers for me. I also found the location to be quiet and peaceful. The view of Lake Lucerne from the hotel is beautiful. The place also has a funicular, and it is close to the bus stop. I highly recommend this place because I felt very safe. It also made my stay in Lucerne memorable. "

Connected to a restaurant/bar which stays open late. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again."
