"No need to repeat myself (I thought the Livable Hotel Bangkok was superb), the second visit was great. Aside from the wonderful staff (giving us umbrellas when it was raining) greeting and feeding us, the park view makes for a serene visit. The location is convenient and for Bangkok, quiet. So close to Victory Monument and the food and shopping, but peaceful too."

"An overnight stay literally feet from the Phaya Thai metro station. There was a mix up with my room, but the staff accommodated me a different room and sorted out a partial refund with Expedia. The air conditioning worked well and the wifi was reliable! The only downside is the drain in the showers took a long time to remove the water. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!"
