"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"The hotel location looks like a residential area on the lagoon side; however is not far from Presidente Intercontinental hotel, where one can enjoy first class facilities on the beach, restaurants, large pool, etc. To do that you need to pass through hotel lobby to access above facilities. Public transportation toward Downtown is fairly convenient R1 and R2 busses, just 50 cents USD fare. Overall, Grand Royal Lagoon hotel for the budget price is acceptable."

"Excellent location right on the beach. Room faced the Ocean view and pool down below. Brekky server Yacowchi was absolutely the best. Made up a going away dessert plate for us. Buses out front for day trips to Chedraui for some extras. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 3 weeks off in in the sun."

"Beautiful condo, very clean. On a very busy road, but you get used to the road sounds easily. Inma was a great host, provided us with extra cleaning during our 12 day stay. Be aware that there is 703A that we stayed at with full kitchen living room 2 bathrooms and bedroom. There is also 703B that is only room with bathroom. I think some people were confused when booking."
