"This boutique-style hotel was a surprise. I wasn’t expecting much to my typical standards but the staff and the upkeep and care taken in the hotel was a very nice surprise. Location couldn’t be better as it’s at the old town square and a few short blocks from the cathedral and the Rambla. We would definitely stay here again if we return."

"Immaculately clean throughout. Whilst bedroom was small (mentioned by other reviews too) it was modern and clean. Good balcony. Excellent rainfall shower. Combination safe and small fridge. Good AC. We paid for breakfast first morning at 20 euros each. Excellent choice of food. Remaining days we ate at the little cafe within the restaurant. They did eggs, toast, pastries a this was enough for us and very reasonably priced. Towels were provided for around the pool and you get these from the spa...

"Great location (20 minute safe walk into the center), large food portions for lunch and lovely outdoor pool. Service a little slow at the pool bar but apart from that great service from the front desk etc. We are looking to come back next year as we had a great first experience saying here and first experience with the Melia brand.
