"Great hotel and staff 10/10. Mostafa was a gentleman and he helped me with my luggage and other questions. I stayed at the Sama Hotel which is a sister building a block from the white swan hotel. I booked with the white swan, and i had a difficult time finding this hotel. The Sama hotel is really nice so is white swan both staff teams are very helpful. As a woman I do advise you enter and exit the building with a man at night (at sama hotel) there is a hookah cafe right outside and a lot of men....

"One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Its location close to the airport was important to us. Overall the hotel had a very peaceful and elegant vibe. Room and bath were extremely well appointed, large and the linens were above expectations. The staff was very helpful (shout out to Sayed) and friendly. Dinner in BarRaa was perfect. Overall, we'd rate Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis as one not to miss. "
