"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "
