"The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgusting, and there was no help from the staff. They did not care what so ever. They refused CLEAN towels and bedsheets. Do not ever go here. The shower was also filthy, we could not shower. We ended up having to move hotels. If you stayed here, you would end up sick. The walls were also paper thin so we could hear even whispers from other rooms. "

"I last stayed in this hotel ten years ago. I was impressed them and was equally impressed again this time. The hotel is very clean, the staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and tasty. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and a lovely hot shower. The hotel now has super fast 400mb broadband which was a very welcome addition. Being only 30 minutes from the airport it was ideal for my short break"

"Our room was very worn down. The minibar had been removed and the curtains were worn. There was a cozy bar, and the option to sit outside and enjoy your drink. It’s well located in relation to the Olympic Stadium."

"Hotellet var obemannat under vår vistelse, nyckeln fick vi själva hämta ut ur en låsbox. Vi såg inte ens några andra gäster? Hotellets läge var toppen med närhet till tunnelbanan och 20min från city. Rummets skick var sådär, smutsiga helteckningsmattor och gardiner. Men sängarna var rena och byttes varje dag. Frukosten provade vi inte då den var stängt under hela tiden (obemannat). Helt OK hotell för att sova på, men hoppas inte på några mirakel. "

"My husband and I booked two rooms, both had everything that hotel promises in the advertisement that the customer gets... we are very satisfied. We will definitely come again. In the same building next to the main door there is a grocery store ALDI, also nearby there are more grocery stores PENNY, HIT market, WILMA shopping center, the bottom floor is a good grocery store and LIDL opposite. The nearest station "U" Bismarckstraße is about 10 meters from the hotel's main door. What can you expect...

"Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, swimming pool, gyms, spa, cafe bar and roof terrace. Staff were very helpful, and the room was a good size and well appointed. Would highly recommend."

"We didn't have breakfast as we went into the city for that, but the rooms were very comfortable and the evening meals were superb. Loved the bar as well. Great place close to the Olimpiastadion and transport links. We will be using this as a base when we go back to Berlin."

"Located in a nice and clean area, the hotel is well maintained and kept it clean. I stayed 11 nights and it was always pleasant to return there at night. There's a lounge area which is nice and a fitness room that I used a couple of times. The kitchenette in the room was very useful for my needs and the size was enough. In the area you can access to public trasports within walking distances."
