"The staff can’t speak English, but communication is not any issue at all! They are willing to understand you, help you and they do everything you feel comfortable! Hotel is 5 minutes from the beach, with very taste breakfasts, unlimited noodles, coffee and water. They help you arrange to rent a scooter."

"Manager contacted me through LINE app. Messaged them to pick us up from the airport. Very comfortable place with AC. The manager offered us a chance to use beach umbrellas, small surf board things, life jacks and other small beach items. Very very close to the beach. Balcony door knob was very rusty so we avoided the balcony which was overlooking buildings anyway so wasnt needed. Next morning manager had a time we could meet them to go to the airport. Was kind enough to buy us a small breakfast...

"與家人帶著孩子一起旅行，房間的毛巾有發霉的現象，熱水器只在一樓，所以家人泡奶變得很麻煩必須要到一樓才可以泡奶，房間會希望提供快煮壺，不然有小孩的家庭真的會蠻麻的。。。。都要上下樓去泡奶！建議加強衛生管理，一陣子就要替換掉過舊的毛巾！其他房間的整潔是ok的，但衛浴沒有開窗，抽風系統沒有什麼作用～所以家人上完廁所後，我會不想走進去衛浴裡，變成要到一樓公用廁所上廁所，房間的椅子數量太少，建議增加休息椅～"

"這次是我兩年來去澎湖體驗感最差的一次，之後如果要去澎湖玩住這一間，如果要跳島、夜釣小管，建議提前自己先去找商家預約好，因為如果要請民宿幫忙安排，要提前三天跟老闆預約，老闆不接受當天決定的行程。 之前住的鎮海灣民宿如果要跳島的話，前一天跟老闆說一聲就好，不管是東海、南海或北海都可以，如果晚上要釣小管的話，當天早上跟老闆說一聲，老闆就會幫忙安排，而且所有開銷可以最後要離開前再一併結帳，體驗感很好。 我之前住的其他間民宿也都是差不多都是這樣的模式，但這一次全部都是我自己去找跳島的船，釣小管也是自己去找，準備要上船時看到其他的乘客都是某某民宿代訂，而且幾乎都是當天預定的 另外這一間民宿老闆並不住在民宿內或附近，民宿老闆是請員工幫忙顧，所有聯繫不是要請民宿老闆幫忙的事情都必須透過Line來聯繫，而且要走很長一段時間才會回覆，在此住宿三天內沒有見到民宿老闆 這三天的感覺 一、房間內只準備三瓶700...
