"This hotel is really great for a stay in Santiago. It is located in the Providencia neighborhood (very safe all times of the day) and has easy access to delicious dining and sight-seeing. The hotel breakfast was very good and rooms were clean and fairly modern. Staff was very friendly and helped me find the nearest ATM's. Metro stop Tobalaba is very close walking distance and the city's historic district is a short cab ride away. "
"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. "We had a great one night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and take you back in time. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the wonderful breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. They even cater especially to kids with an activity chest. It is easy to walk to the theater and museums and market and the hotel’s access to shopping gives you everything you could need."

Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful.

great imagination the way the room was done. Whatever a person needs it was there. I like the way the electrical system work in the room. You must leave your room's key in a especial place and.when you leave the room you must take the key with you and the lights are turned off. fantastic no waste of electricity there. The staff was good, specially Prescila who was very helpful.
