"The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea with it being winter. That’s the only downside of staying at the pool. We travelled 2 hours away for a mini gateway. Was pretty disappointing not having a pool. "

"The room was so noisy. You can hear the children in the other room and the exhaust fan is so loud, it can disrupt when you’re sleeping. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. "
