"I loved this hotel. It is a bit of walk to the heart of town, but en route you will find many wine tasting rooms and beautiful villas. My room was elegant and the staff were lovely. I stayed here in March so the pool wasn't open yet, but it would be a special place to stay in the summer. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful in making suggestions about champagne tastings, restaurants and excursions. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect - just steps from Avenue de Champagne. Our room was really good and perfect with our dog (terrace suite) although missing an umbrella on the terrace. The e-vehicle charging was simple and good value. Breakfast was fine but we found the service mostly unfriendly though potentially in part due to a language barrier."

"We had a nice 4 night stay at ibis Epernay Centre Ville. The room was standard ibis so no surprises except that the room was a bit bigger than normally. The breakfast room / bar was also standard ibis. The location was great. It is close to the railway station and Avenue de Champagne. There is a good choice of restaurants close by. The best thing was that it was on a beautiful little peaceful square, which did not have any traffic. Lovely. If we came back to Epernay we would most probably...

"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance."

"Lovely hotel in a quiet area, with some nice features and a quaint courtyard to enjoy a bottle of fizz on a sunny day. Friendly staff, a big and secure garage to store your car, and free tea and coffee. Highly recommended and decent value for money. "This was our second stay at this quite wonderful place, located in the middle of the town of Ay. Although there is no restaurant a plate of charcuterie and Cheese is available pre-ordered in the evening, and well worth having. There was nothing special about the breakfast (the usual French offering of Juice, pastries, jams etc) it was most enjoyable. The staff were terrific and really did make us feel welcome. "
