The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!

Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. The staff, from the doorman to the laundry person was very courteous and professional. The managers , Rohit, Abhichek and just to name some of the others, Kumud, Aman, Rohini, Desai, Tresa in the breakfast with Lundan, Jeet, the doorman and Surjeet just to name a few were superb. I will never stay anywhere else if Tag Hotel is an option. We did an Indian wedding out of the hotel room, we had 4 rooms Excellent services and very welcoming

From the view to the stay to the air that you breathe or the pin drop silence all over , everything was perfect down to the T. If you are here for a gateway from the routine hustle bustle, you are definitely in to satisfy your desire.

Photos do not do justice for this property. It is lovely! We appreciated the location right next to the forest, enjoying daily walks there and on the property. The spa was incredible-wonderful treatments and amenties. Out of all the properties we stayed during our India trip, Oberoi Sukhvilas hands down had the best food-very creative and talented culinary team. Only downside was some of the male staff in the dining area were a bit aloof; the ladies of the resort gave fantastic service-kudos...

The resort was great, however it was little difficult to locate. The views were breathtaking, all the rooms had views of the valley. They had many activities in the hotel like hiking, games. There we any independent activities to keep kids occupied like air hockey, foosball, carrom, trampoline. Breakfast, and tea was included. Breakfast buffet was an impressive spread with variety of north and south Indian options. My only complaint was that pool wasn’t heated, water was pretty cold to swim....

It was wonderful
