The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. "A lovely, modern hotel in the beachside town of Ostia. Friendly concierge service, and easy shuttle to the Rome airport. We stayed only one night on our way home from Italy, but I wish we had booked more time to explore the area, and its Roman ruins. Next time, for sure! Grazie!"

"When selecting a hotel for a last-minute stay due to a flight delay, we selected this hotel because it appeared (due to pictures and description) to be very close to shopping and dining. It is NOT. It is walkable, but not through a very nice area. Also, you will pay €8 pp for shuttle service to/from the airport which is efficient and convenient. "All was wonderful and beautiful at this property including a lovely breakfast buffet. The one request we would make for the stay to be perfect would be an option for an off-the-menu breakfast or at least the ability to get cooked-to-order eggs. We would happily welcome the opportunity to stay here again."
