"I think it's mostly condos with a few floors of hotel rooms. The room we had was huge, with a comfortable bed, a fridge/freezer combo, and a microwave. It's a quiet hotel and aside from usual city noise I didn't hear anything. We were on the 7th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful with our few questions. We were welcomed each time we came in. It's well-located for the theater district (less than 15 min walk to CIBC) and the on-site restaurant is good for breakfast and lunch....
