"This hotel is very nice! Good location and all of the required services. Also close to the Main Street, but you need a car!"

"Overnight travel stop. Our only complaint is that it never specifies 1st or 2nd floor at tbe booking. We needed a first floor and they were kind enough to give it to us at the same price. These hotels need to specify whether the room is 1st or 2nd. The other thong is that there are no bath mats. Very scary experience taking a shower. We are in our 70s and the tub was slippery. Final suggestion, put dimmers in your light switch. Its super bright."

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
