"The location is perfect however in this neighborhood a lot of the buildings are old now. I understand this happens, but the hotel is suffering from it's age. It sounded like they were working on fixing it up above me so that's going to help. The staff were all friendly. I have no big complaints. It was definitely very quiet at night."

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

The boutique hotel is beautiful and the location is great, right in the middle of downtown Santiago and within walking distance to most attractions, yet very quiet. Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay.
