"The view from the balcony was INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff were soooo nice and helpful! Some reviews note the steep hill to access the hotel, this is true, however the staff met us at the bottom and carried all our bags up. We also found another spot that you can be dropped off at the top and walk down the hill. There are a lot of steps but that is true of most hotels. Other hotels may have elevators? Not too sure. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. There are 3 of these rooms in a row....
