"Room was clean and functional. Air con very welcome. Check in and out quick and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety. My only complaint is that on the second morning (20/07) it was very busy and it took a long time for tables to be cleaned so not many places to sit."

"Quick to check in with friendly staff. Room perfect for a one night stay & despite the hotel being close to motorway & services really quiet. Sockets by the bed would be handy. I also got an email prior to checking in to pay despite paying when I booked??? Really handy for early morning flight, would recommend."

"The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and worked so hard. The girl at charcoal in was so helpful about the airport shuttle and holding our bags while we returned the hire car. Sadly, the restaurant and bar staff were very frustrated, as were we, because there were no were near enough of them for the volume of guests using those facilities. They were the same staff who were working different positions earlier in the day. The food was great, but not worth the wait. At the end of a long travel day waiting an hour for your meal and eating it without a drink because the staff just couldn't keep up was a big disappointment. Maybe something had happened to cause them to be so short staffed that day, but as this was are only visit it was out only experience."
