"Stayed for one night on a business trip.
The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."

This hotel is a true gem - clean, quiet, and ideal for families, couples, solo travelers, or business stays. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies overlooking beautiful mountain views.
What really sets it apart is the convenience. The hotel has excellent parking - easy, spacious, and stress-free. You’re just minutes from shopping centers, great restaurants, and even a mall. Everything you need is close by, yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxing.
Safe, walkable, and perfectly...
"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular

I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay
here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!
my 4th trip to Jerusalem since 2013. First time I stayed at other than King David. Loved Herbert Samuel (HS). Great staff, nice new rooms, good breakfast. All you need. HS is new and in the center of everything and much nicer rooms than King David. Also an easy walk to Old City. I recommend this hotel to friends - I will stay here again.
If you are picky and like nice hotels, this place is for you. My mom and I stayed here and loved everything about it.
The Arthur is exactly what it claims to be. The description and photos are exact and the other reviews are pretty much dead on and the service is beyond compare. They make you feel like family.
The rooms- Small (most are) but homey with excellent utilization of the space. We felt like it was out home away from home. Bring conditioner! They only have a 2-in-1 shampoo....
First -- when you get to what seems to be the right address, look for the green door and push inwards (ignore the handle that looks like you should pull it open). This is essentially a rooming house in the religious Geula neighborhood, with basic and very comfortable amenities and touches of artistic flair in all of the public rooms.
I loved my stay. The staff were tremendously friendly and accommodating, the beds comfortable and the furniture was homey albeit lived-in. Shower water pressure...
Small hotel in the middle of everything. One block from Ben Yehuda shopping, excellent restaurants, King George and Jaffa streets. 10 minute slow walk to Mahane Yehuda Market.
The hotel is so close to the Damascus Gate it made walking in and out of the old city really easy. We got to the hotel after midnight and they were there waiting for us. The free breakfast in the morning was fantastic and we were off for the day. We needed to check out late and move rooms and they were very happy to give us the big room so we could all get ready for the airport after a day of touring.
I was invited to present at a conference in VAn Leer Institute and met someone who lived in BAKA who invited us for Shabbat. I found it on Hotel.com. The accommodations in this beautiful villa were spacious, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was beautiful and had a jacuzzi. This was a real find and an unexpected oasas in the midst of our travels. The hosts were great and helpful. This was a perfect location, a short distance from downtown Jerusalem and a perfect place to stay.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Jerusalem, in great part thanks to staying at the Sephardic House. We started our stay in another hotel, but we moved over to the Sephardic House and improved the quality of our trip substantially.
The hotel location is unbeatable; we were 8-10 minutes walking from all the Old City attractions. Looking back, this is the only place I would stay when visiting Jerusalem. The convenience factor is huge.
We stayed in the luxury room, which I recommend. The...
