"A must stay! Just book it. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great restaurants and wine tasting experience. They offer several services including transfers to the waterfront and spa. I will definitely come back. "
"Excellent experience at this hotel, especially with Hazel at the front desk and any of the service staff that we had the good fortune of working with. Please tip generously with these lovely people."

Beautiful, small hotel located on hillside with views of lake and ocean. Tastefully decorated with antiques and art work acquired during owners travels. Perfectly located for easy access to the wine area, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cape Point, Table Mountain, etc. Having your own car or renting one is advisable. Driving on the left was NOT a problem.
Hotel staff is outstanding! Each day David inquired about our plans, checked weather or other details and ensured we had good driving...
The Vineyard is blessed with a magnificent setting at the base of Table Mountain in the suburbs of Capetown. The hotel is well preserved. The staff are very welcoming and add their personal charm to the experience. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful location, just 12 minutes from the center of downtown.
We Spend 2 nights at the end of a 10 days stay in Cape Town for our honeymoon. The room was great, the bed really comfy, the view from our balcony was amazing. The 2 nights we were there, they left creme brulee and chocolate covered strawberries on our bed. It was really sweet. The staff was helpful and friendly.
What an amazing experience. Despite our fluctuating schedule requirements, Ciska was fabulously responsive. Upper floor rooms, seaside and Table Mountain side were fabulous. We will definitely be bacjk!
Excellent staff and friendly. Best breakfast ever even better than any other international 5 star hotels. Great location witj ocean views and tranquility
This lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.
The hotel staff went above and beyond helping us, even after we checked out and had to make it to the airport for a late flight. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, though the V&A area is a bit of a hike - took us about 25 minutes. Breakfast is delicious.
. We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We were so surprised when we arrived as it's huge and grand. We had no idea of the magnitude and wished we could have stayed several nights. We had been touring the Western Cape for two weeks and were just too tired to take advantage of the many offerings. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
