"ホテルのランドリーサービスを利用しました。 現地の物価からは考えにくく、かなり高額です。 私は2日分の着替えを出して3000円くらいで、友人は6000円くらい請求がきました。 ここのランドリーサービスはボッタクリだと思います。 ホテルを右に出てすぐあるコンビニの先を右に曲がると洗濯屋があり、そこは1キロ70円で出せますので、そこを利用するのが良いと思います（徒歩2分）。 ホテル1階がカラオケバーになっていて、部屋の場所によっては深夜まで爆音が聞こえます。 それ以外は立地やスタッフなど良いと思います。"

"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on...

"A) If you are Caucasian, and the staff thinks you do not understand Indonesian, they will make jokes about you on the Walkie-talkie, one can hear it all over the hotel. I understand Indonesian, believe me: it is true. B)room service is not 24 hours C) the Wifi works only about 50% of the time"

"This oldish hotel is a fairly good choice for downtown Jakarta. There is back door access to a good mall with cafes etc and a decent supermarket ( on level 3 !) And a laid back professional approach from tge staff. Breakfast is great, a completely full choice of hot dishes included. But prices in their restaurant separately are far too high, eat out !"
