"Good location. Supplies were minimal. No tissues provided and only one cake of soap for 2 nights and days for 2 people . The room were were appointed was CLEARLY VISIBLE TO all who entered the property and or those who chose to enjoy the on site Cafe. The only way to ensure our privacy was to have blinds drawn at all times…..thus a dark room day and night. We would have appreciated more consideration when appointing us to a room. There were plenty available.! Bernadette ."

"Very good value for money. Central and within walking distance to clubs and shops, churches etc. Safe parking on site. The only weakness I experienced was keeping the dogs in the reception area. It smelt like they spend the whole there. Mind you, I love dogs, but other guests might not feel comfortable with it. Not a problem for me, just an objective comment. Thank you to the staff."

"Had a lovely time staying at the Cudgee at Mudgee. The room was warm and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and coffee were just a few minutes away."

"We walked in and were ignored by reception as they carried on their conversation, once finished they served us. The person who served us didn’t tell us about any of the amenities, just room number and go. Walked into our room and there was a dead spider in the middle of the room, and the ensuite walls/floor were wet. The breakfast was included we didn’t go again after the first day as the eggs were sloppy, bacon was not cooked and it was cold, the sausage were raw and the fruit looked like it...

"Having lived on a similar rural acreage for close to 40 years we had some idea of what to expect. This stay far exceeded our expectations, a stay of only two days. Upon arrival instantly approached by the host, Robbie, a most charming and obliging host. There is nothing that is not supplied in the way of food, beverages and household amenities. To arrive there is as much as arriving at home. Top marks for Robbie's hospitality. 5 stars!"

"The most amazing and scenic place I’ve ever stayed. Tent was gorgeous with stunning view with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The amenities on site were great, toilets and showers were so clean and kitchen facilities were great with so much outdoor seating. There is a pool table and darts board as well as board games. The hot tub was amazing also. Would highly recommend Glenayr farm for a couples get away or even for a group of friends who could stay in one of the 4 villas on site. "
