"Love this place and would go back. Food was great quality for all-inclusive at this price, drinks were great and staff was amazing. The only complaint we have are two things. First, this place is isolated from downtown Cancun and requires transportation to get anywhere. A one-way cab trip was around $70 and that is the cheapest. They do not allow Uber drivers on the property, otherwise that would be an alternate solution that would be more affordable. Our second complaint is the absolutely crazy hike up and prices for some items. I get everyone needs to bring their own sunscreen and almost agree with their $33 a bottle charge but fortunately did not need to. We were however quite disappointed to see a simple bottle of children's ibuprofen was $54! This is something that you only buy when you absolutely need it for your child and for them to charge such a price with no alternatives was sketchy at best."
