"The staff was so genuinely friendly and attentive. When we arrived at the hotel we could see it was well kept. We loved our room! We stayed at the Beachside building and the room excellent! I loved the galley kitchen with everything you need. We even did laundry before we left. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and they had a sweet card and bottle of wine for us. I’m an interior designer and I loved the room! There were plenty of towels and the view was of course stunning! We snorkelled right off the beach and in the evening we hung out by the fire. We’re only 7 minutes away from Grace Bay by car so we took our rental car every evening (bonus, the hotel doesn’t charge for parking). We even managed to squeeze in a work out in their gym; what a well equipped gym! We were impressed! They had 3 Peloton bikes and row machines, free weights, etc. This is the perfect place to stay and we’ll absolutely stay here again!"
"The property is beautiful. The staffare kind and so helpful. As a vegetarian, this is the first resort I have gone to where there was so many food options for me. The chef at each of the properties 21 restaurants made delicious meals and desserts while observing my dietary requests. Thank you so much for making this trip so memorable."
"It’s our second time at Ocean Club and it never disappoints. The rooms are very clean and our family loves the bonus of having a washer and dryer available. There are 2 pools, a well equipped gym and access to the beach is top notch. "

Referred another couple and was able to book last minute love the happy hour and Gabe. Everything was clean. The beach was spectacular and all your employees are amazing from checking in to check out. Also, the cleanliness is a plus in my book."
"Spacious and very clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was expensive for a cocktail $18 usd. Could find cheaper at a restaurant or the grocery near by had a good selection of wines and beers. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but just enough. "
