"We picked an accessible room as my partner uses a walking frame when out and about. The room was clean and comfortable, but quite cold on the first night we were there - it needed warming up with the air-con. The bed was comfortable but could have benefitted from an electric blanket. The staff were very helpful and assisted with a couple of problems I had. It was overall a pleasant stay."
