Who are we? We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the family suite with two connecting rooms, one with a double bed and a small one with 2 twins. Very clean hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. Cruz and other staff went above and beyond to help us navigate public transportation and find the best tourist areas to visit. The breakfast was great, and the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Very friendly old couple. Some suggestions before you book this BB. Make sure you contact them beofore your arrival. Hotels.com confirmation is NOT enough. you need email them or call them ealier. airport transfer is necessary. Their airport transfer is only 45 Euro in a nice Mecedes. Regular cab costed 52. Location is very good, it is walking distance to all sites. And a GREAT pizza restaurant next door. Nice pizza guy, but no English. Great Pizza.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff! Right in the heart of the shops and other restaurants. Easy access to train and bus. Fondue Krebs was the best of the 4 fondue’s we had on our trip! Fantastic breakfast with made to order eggs (fill out a sheet) Also, the bartender provided us ice for our room. Hotel has a vintage romance feel to it. Was a great place to stay and easy train access to Grindlewald and Lauterbrennen. Boat ride on the lake also recommended!
