About a 2 minute ride from the Pontresina train station. We took the train from Lucerne to Pontresina en route to Milan. Beautiful train ride. The property is brand new and staff super accommodating. Superior room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with amazing mountain views. Dinner on property was excellent and reasonable. This is a nice little hotel on a mountaintop. The views are unmatched. The breakfast was a massive spread with good food. The restaurant was excellent. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Do take note that in winter, taking the funicular will cost you 15 minutes just getting up/down the hill. It was 34 CHF for a taxi from St Moritz train station less than 10 minutes away.
