The hotel was lovely, service matched at the highest end hotels, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for a short trip to Venice -- easy walking distance to major attractions but also quiet and peaceful. it's not on the waterfront, but if you walk out the back of the hotel you are right at the St. Regis which has a lovely waterfront patio perfect for apertivio."
