"The location of this hotel is excellent, right on Gran Vía. You can easily walk to any nearby restaurant in the area. The rooms are very nice, many with balconies, and you can hardly hear any street noise, which makes the stay very comfortable. An excellent option to stay in Madrid."

"Perfect location, rooms so clean and cleaned daily! Spacious with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. Fluffy towels and a small safe. Some work being done at the bottom of the building was quite noisy one night but it didn’t last long. Very comfy beds, and AC too. Perfect location for shoppers and loads of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to plaza major"

"The room was very clean. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Gran Via. The hotel itself is older. The roof terrace is nice but the whole 9th floor could use an upgrade. The furniture seemed old and dusty. I would rethink the positioning of the bar to better utilize the roof terrace - it’s probably the best feature of the hotel so it should be maximized - perhaps more staff and more dinner / food options. Had a great stay! Thank you!"

"The location is just perfect, in the middle of it all, right behind Chueca station. The host and her team are awesome!!! It is a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and you will be renting a room within the apartment with shared space. Not a men only place, but was great. "
